Kimberley is centrally located near Nathan Rd and accessible to shopping and attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and kept at a comfortable temperature. Air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the housekeeping team was attentive. The concierge staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with local information and transportation, making my stay hassle-free.
Front desk service was impersonal and lacked warmth.
